Black History Month Craft for Kids: Make an Adinkra Cloth
Tuesday, February 10 at 5:30 p.m. in the Naomi Lane Room
Children are invited up to create a beautiful hand-stamped interpretation of a West African Adinkra
Cloth. You will also receive a brief introduction to the meaning of Adinkra symbols and find out why
they are important to the Ashanti people. We will be using paint so wear something you don’t mind
getting messy. All ages are welcome to attend.
