Summer in Albion means many former residents will be returning to celebrate high school reunions. It has been fifty of these summers since Washington Gardner High held It's final commencement exercise. The school, completed in 1928, saw only thirty-nine graduating classes, with the final graduation on June 14, 1966. This summer, the last graduating class of Washington Gardner High will be holding their fiftieth reunion Saturday, August 20th. Included in this nostalgic day of remembering our lives together growing up in Albion are tours of the Bohm Theatre and the former Washington Gardner High School.
