Description:
|
Marshall Opportunity High School will be
hosting a Geekend in downtown Albion on
May 20, 2017 from 9:00 – 3:30. Events will
be held in Albion College’s Ludington
Center, the new Books-N-More, Kids-N-
Stuff, and the Food Hub’s commercial
kitchen. Lots of hands-on STEM activities
including: drone piloting, water testing,
mask making and videography, kitchen
chemistry, and hydraulics. There is a
strong possibility of more events as we get
closer to May. Space is limited to 100
students AND ADULT participants. As
always, this event is free to kids. Adult
participants are encouraged to purchase a
T-Shirt to support this event. So pre-
register at the Marshall Public Schools
home page and look for the Geekend logo.
