The Battle Creek Chorus
(BCC) of Sweet Adelines
under the direction of Lynne
Peirce, announced their fall
show to be held Sunday
October 1st at 3 PM (one
performance only) at Binda
Performing Arts Center, KCC
Campus, in Battle Creek.
Entitled As Long As I’m
Singing, the BCC will
present a gala celebration
of a cappella 4-part harmony
– barbershop style featuring
special guests, Voices In
Pop a select, female a
cappella ensemble performing
popular contemporary music.
The group formed in 2014 to
entertain and educate the
community, engage and
attract young people to a
cappella music, perform at
community events, encourage
members to learn challenging
arrangements, and improve
individual vocal skills for
its members. All members of
Voices in Pop are also
members of the Voices in
Harmony Chorus affiliated
with Sweet Adelines
International and sing 4-
part barbershop harmony.
